protect data that is transmitted between our secure server and

Ownership
The data collected from your Tour Wizard Web site is collected
into a database as well as a text format file and stored on
our servers. Please note that the data is 100% owned by you.
DotCom Your Event cannot be held liable in any way as to how
you use the data.
Web Software Ownership
The Tour Wizard software code (HTML, ASP, JavaScript, etc.) is
proprietary and we retain ownership of all of the Web pages
and associated software created using the Tour Wizard. We
reserve the right to use the Web pages and the software for
demonstration and marketing purposes. If following your event,
you wish to maintain your Event Registration Web site, DotCom
Your Event will reactivate your site upon renewal of your
software license fees.
